Poster Session (ZEP Metaverse)

Overview

• NEUTRINO 2022 registrants can access the virtual environment named ZEP during the conference.
  Registrants can enter ZEP where the Poster Session will be held any time during the conference.
• Poster topics will be spread out over four metaverse sessions (I – IV). Each session will be displayed twice (a and b) according to the European and American times.
• All Poster Session times are based on the Korea Standard Time (KST). Please take the time difference into consideration when checking the confirmed session dates and times.
• Your poster will be displayed at either session A or B. Please present at the allotted time.

Metaverse Open Schedule

Registrants can experience the ZEP metaverse page of NEUTRINO 2022 before the start of the conference. Poster Presenter, please check your poster and presentation.

• Metaverse Early Experience Schedule: May 25 (Wed) – May 27 (Fri), 2022
• Official Open Schedule: May 29 (Sun), 2022
• ZEP maintenance time (KST): 10:00 to 11:00 / 17:30 to 18:30
  * Connection may not be smooth due to ZEP Metaverse maintenance carried out at the times below during the Poster Session.

Attention !

1. ZEP is the basis for using Chrome. Internet Explorer, Safari, and others may not be compatible.
2. The poster session time is set to Korean standard time(KST), so please be careful about checking the time difference and session date.
3. Please set your name as below.
   • For Presenters: <Poster No._Last Name> / e.g.) 001_Dirak
   • For Participants: <Full Name> / e.g.) Ettore Majorana

4. If a technician issue occurs, please leave a message to the staff or talk to the staff to check.
