Poster Guidelines
Overview
- Poster Format : A. jpg file (A0 size, landscape ≤ 20MB) and an optional video file (< 3min.) that has the presenter’s explanation of the contents of the poster will be posted on the NEUTRINO 2022 website and ZEP (Metaverse) Environment.
- Poster/Video Submission Period : April 11 (Mon) – May 13 (Fri), 2022 (KST) May 18 (Wed), 2022 (KST)

- ZEP (Metaverse) Environment: May 30 (Mon) – June 4 (Sat), 2022 (KST)

** Poster topics (tracks) will be distributed to 4 metaverse sessions (I - IV), and each session will be displayed two times (a and b) depending on European and American friendly time.
** This results in a total of 8 metaverse sessions: I-a, I-b, II-a, II-b, III-a, III-b, IV-a, and IV-b.
** Poster Presenters should present their posters in at least one metaverse session (either “a” or “b”) where one’s poster is allocated.
Poster Awards
Only poster presenters who agreed to apply for the poster award will be reviewed during online poster sessions by the poster committee.

- Presenters can modify their poster files and videos at any time during the submission period; modifications after May 13 (Fri), 2022 (KST) May 18 (Wed), 2022 (KST) will not be possible.

How to Upload Your Poster after Approval
- Please log in with your ID and Password and click the ‘Go to Submission Page’ button in the Poster Guidelines menu.
- Only presenters who have completed their registration may submit their poster image and video in the ‘Poster Submission’ menu.
* Poster uploads may take a long time depending on your computer environment and/or file capacity.
Security and Data Policy
- Poster presentation files submitted to NEUTRINO 2022 will be displayed on the dedicated page on the NEUTRINO 2022 website and in the ZEP (Metaverse) Environment during the conference.
- Later, your poster presentation files will be also uploaded and displayed at the NEUTRINO 2022 Indico site and Zenodo.
- All presentation files submitted to NEUTRINO 2022 will not be used for any purpose other than for scientific presentation and as an educational tool within the NEUTRINO 2022 website, ZEP (Metaverse) Environment, Indico, and Zenodo.

Talks
Talk videos and slides are accessible either in Indico or Zenodo.
Talk Submission Guidelines
Overview
- Plenary talks are by invitation only.
- Please check the timetable in the detailed program on our official website.
Duration of the Talks
- The duration of the talks is clearly marked in the detailed program

Overruns may penalize the other speakers and will not be allowed.
Speakers can check the remaining time on the Zoom screen while giving their talk.
Presentation Option

Speakers should select one of the following options:
a. Option 1. Live Talk via Zoom + Live Q&A
- Speakers only need to submit a presentation material in PDF file.b. Option 2. Pre-recorded Talk + Live Q&A
- Speakers may submit a pre-recorded talk video which will be screened on Zoom and a presentation material. A Q&A Session will be conducted live via Zoom immediately after the pre-recorded talk video.c. Option 3. Pre-recorded Talk + Q&A via Slack Only
- Speakers may submit a pre-recorded talk video which will be screened on Zoom and a presentation material. A Q&A Session will be conducted via slack only after the pre-recorded talk video. - Live talks are recommended, but should the speakers wish, they have the option to submit pre-recorded talks.
Presentation Materials
- The slides and pre-recorded video of your talk should be uploaded on our website at least 24 hours before the start of your session.
- Please convert your presentation file to PDF format. Any other file formats, e.g. keynote, will not be accepted.

How to Submit Your Talk

Prepare your talk in PDF (< 200 MB) and/or Video (.mp4, < 200MB) depending on your choice of presentation methods.
- Note 1: 16:9 ratio is highly recommended for the Zoom presentation.
- Note 2: Live talks can be given using a PowerPoint or Keynote on one’s computer/notebook.

- Submitted talks can be still modified in “My Page” until 24 hours before the start of your session.

Before the Session
- Speakers should enter their session via Zoom 20 minutes before the start time on the day of the session.
- During the break preceding your session, we will test your mic volume and screen sharing.
- Please connect with a PC or laptop in an environment with good network conditions.
