- Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (office@neutrino2022.org).
- All refunds will be made after the conference.
- All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
Registration Acknowledgement & Confirmation
- Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail after your on-line registration.
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you by email upon making the appropriate payment.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
- A receipt for your registration can be issued at ‘My Page’ after you receive your Registration Confirmation letter.
Payment Method
Credit Card
- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrant.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
- This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com
Wire Transfer
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
- The sender’s name should be the registrant’s name.
- Please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the secretariat by e-mail(office@neutrino2022.org) after writing the registrant’s name
on the bank remittance receipt. - Appropriate payment should be completed within the right period of registration.
