★ Precautions for the Poster Presentation: Poster
presentations will proceed on a ZEP metaverse platform in a similar format to
offline conferences. Please note the following things:
1.
Please
observe your session time (check your local time!). 2. Please keep your seat in front of your poster for the duration of the session (90 min.) The poster committee will be walking around and reviewing the posters during the session. 3. When participants look at your poster, please say hello, introduce yourself and ask them whether they want your explanation on your poster. If they agree, then explain it to them by sharing your poster (similar to Zoom sharing). |
